This program only applies to guest travel confirmed after January 10th, 2025. The credit expires on July 1, 2025 and cannot be used thereafter. The Lodge Credit can ONLY be used towards Flockhill provided activities or food & beverage at Sugarloaf during a guest’s stay and is non-transferable. Flockhill provided activity availability is not guaranteed at the time of stay and is limited to Horse Riding, Guided Biking, ATV Station Tour, Kayaking or Standup Paddling, Guided Hikes, Fly Fishing Introduction, Rock Climbing, Winding Float, and Chef’s Table. Lodge Credit Food & Beverage only applies to food and beverages consumed during a guest stay and cannot be used to purchase alcohol or other consumables at or post departure. The Lodge Credit cannot be used against merchandise, activities or experiences provided by third parties (Outsourced Fishing, Helicopters, etc.). Any Lodge Credits in excess of guest food and beverage consumption or activity utilisation will expire immediately upon guest departure and are not refundable. To be eligible for this partner incentive, Agents must notify Flockhill of their intent to participate by January 15, 2025 via email to reservations@flockhillnz.com. All requests for credit must be made at the time of reservation confirmation via email to reservations@flockhillnz.com and must include the reservation number, guest name, date of booking confirmation and dates of stay. The final Lodge Credit will be calculated and applied at the time of guest departure.
